What we do...
We support families to live the best quality of life possible, through connection, shared experiences, and trusted advice.
We subsidise holidays for families, choosing accessible venues where several families can stay together, relax and enjoy time away. Past holidays have included locations across the UK and beyond, from Cornwall and the New Forest to Norfolk and Brittany. These shared stays give families the chance to get to know one another, build friendships, and enjoy a break in an environment that truly works for them.
We also organise day trips and family fun days at attractions around the UK, including museums, zoos and outdoor venues. An annual Family Fun Day brings families together for a relaxed, inclusive day out, and we’re always happy to support members who want to arrange local days out in their own areas.
Connection is at the heart of what we do. We help link families who live near one another, supporting the development of local networks where people can share experiences, offer support and build lasting friendships.
Alongside this, we run a free helpline for families who need extra support or someone to talk to. The helpline is available on 0800 121 4518 and is operated by one of our volunteers. If your call isn’t answered straight away, you can leave a message and someone will get back to you.
You can find details of upcoming trips, holidays and events on our Events and holidays page.
