The DFSG has entered four runners in the British 10K Run, an annual event that takes place on the streets of central London, passing many famous landmarks en route, such as the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, the London Eye, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square.  Three colleagues of Chris Patterson (Alyn Tomkinson, John Grady and Michael Ward) at J Coffey Construction Ltd and Chris’s daughter Stephanie, are taking part to raise funds for the DFSG in memory of Richard Patterson, who had DMD.  The team will appreciate as much support as possible and have set up a page on the Just Giving website with an initial target of £2000, but obviously are hoping to make more. If you can make it into central London on the morning of the race to cheer them on then so much the better! Look out for our runners in their white tee shirts with our blue logo.

News of how they got on can be found here.
